BEARING
CAP
The
bearing cap is the aluminum assembly that houses
the seals and bearing where the shaft enters the
shock body. Short bearing caps are 0.900" in total
length and have threads full length. Long bearing
caps are 1.150" in total length and have 1/4" of
material past the threads.
