ORDERING

Our Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Central Time), Call Toll Free to place your order (888-349-7469). Orders can also be faxed at (218) 964-5675. For technical questions, please call (218) 964-5670. Orders totaling less than $20.00 will be charged a $5.00 service charge. In stock orders placed before 2:00 PM (Central Time) will be sent the same day. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All prices are subject to change without notice.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

You can order directly from us by using a credit card (see below list). All prices listed in the catalog are U.S. Dollars. We will ship either UPS or Parcel Post.

PAYMENT

* We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. The card number, expiration date and name on the card are required.

* C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery), All C.O.D.s must be certified funds. The C.O.D. fee of $7.50 will be added to your shipping charges.

SHIPPING

Standard method is UPS Ground or Spee-Dee (IA, MN, ND and WI). The methods available are listed below. If not listed, a nominal fee may be added to your shipping charges.

* UPS Overnight (Red)

* UPS Second Day (Blue)

* UPS Third Day (Orange)

* United States Postal Service (Priority)

* Federal Express

REFUSED SHIPMENT/C.O.D.'S (for any reason)

These shipments will be charged a $10.00 processing fee plus any incurred shipping/C.O.D. charges. This will be charged to your account. Subsequent orders will only be sent out if prepaid by a credit card.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

* Any return/exchange must be made within 30 days of invoice. Exchanges will be made with no restocking fee; however customers will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless an error was made on our part.

* NO return on custom shocks.

* NO return after 30 days.

BACK ORDERS

Back ordered items will be shipped automatically when they become available. If you wish to cancel items, please call to inform us. Standard shipping charges will apply to all back ordered items.

DISHONORED CHECK POLICY

If a check we receive as payment is dishonored for any reason by the bank or other institution on which it is drawn, you agree to pay us $20.00 as a service charge (if the check cannot be re-deposited pursuant to Minnesota Statute 332.50) in addition to the amount of the dishonored check. This will be charged to your account. Subsequent orders will only be sent out if prepaid by a credit card.

 BRAND NAMES

All reference to any snowmobile or accessory manufacturer's name, models, or OEM numbers is strictly intended for reference only and does not necessarily constitute an endorsement or recommendation by said manufacturer.
